  • Scarecrow Festival brings Halloween themed activities to Kelowna

Today, families from all over the Okanagan took part in the 10th annual Rutland Scarecrow Festival.

This highly anticipated festival is a long-standing tradition in our community and its return each year is the true marker of autumn’s arrival.

This year, the event fell on possibly the most perfect fall day filled with sunshine, laughs and lots of spooky and epic scarecrows!

Over 100 people came down to Lions Park to take part in the free, family-friendly event.
