I am still discovering many, but I love Books & Co!

If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
Chicago. I am a die-hard Blackhawks fan

What is your favourite activity in Prince George?
going to Northern Lights Winery! I love all their wines!

Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
Going to Disneyland and trying to ride as many rides as possible.

If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
Eliminate poverty and the effects it has around the world.

Where would you sneak away to in Prince George to spend some time alone?
Running a trail in Moore's Meadow.

Where would you like to see positive change in Prince George and why?
Increased green spaces and more TLC to our parks and outdoor spaces.

What do you think makes Prince George great?
The sense of community and connections – there always seems to be a link between myself and the people I meet or work with.

What are 3 things on your bucket list?
1. Backpacking Europe
2. Working Women's Hockey Nationals as a referee
3. Building my dream home

I am terrified of birds.

Uplift Wellness.

Why did you get into/start this business?
I have always had a passion for sports, activity and healthy living so this was an easy choice to give back and help people.

What is the goal of your business?
Help others find something physically or nutritionally that helps them live a healthier, happier lifestyle

What has been your biggest struggle either in work or life?
Consistently going out of my comfort zone and believing I can make things happen
