The City of Kelowna isn’t the only municipality to open up it’s 2018 election process.

The City of West Kelowna and the District of Lake Country have both opened up the nomination process as well ahead of the Oct. 20 election.

In West Kelowna, you can pick up a nomination package at City Hall, located at 2760 Cameron Rd.

Residents will vote for one mayor, six councillors and one school trustee in October.

In Lake Country, those packages can be picked up at Lake Country Municipal Hall, located at 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Rd.

Lake Country residents will also be voting in one mayor and six councillors in the fall.
