Yesterday at around 1:25 p.m. the Prince George RCMP received a report of a suspicious incident where an adult male driving a grey van picked up a young teenage girl.
According to police, the incident took place near the skateboard park on Massey Drive.
Witnesses observed the male stop the van in the turn lane at the intersection of Massey Drive and Carney Street and pick up a young female.
The van was last seen heading northbound on Carney Street towards 15th Avenue.
The male is described as:
- 50-years-old
- Five feet 10 inches
- Grey hair
- Scruffy facial hair
- Wearing a grey shirt with ripped jeans
- Driving an older model grey minivan
The female youth is described as:
- Between 12 and 14-years-old
- Five feet two inches tall
- Wearing a checkered tank top
- Short brown hair with blue streaks in it
RCMP do not know the relationship between these two individuals at this time.
