A new condo is coming to Kelowna’s Mission neighbourhood, but less than half of the units are still available for purchase.

Sole KLO is now 60% sold, meaning your chance to invest in one of the city’s newest developments is running out.

The condos are located across the street from Okanagan College at 1083 K.L.O. Rd., offering a number of amenities within walking distance.

Many of the units can be bought for less than $250,000, but that’s not due to a lack of quality.

“This community has one of the lowest vacancy rates in the country – Kelowna is in high demand right now,” says Kevin Edgecombe, owner of Edgecombe Builders Group.

“That’s why we wanted to provide homes that are easily attainable and affordable, but don’t compromise design or location.”
