Police are looking for witnesses as they work to identify a suspect in a robbery that occurred Monday night.

According to police, the suspect made threating comments to victims regarding “baby formula.”

The victims reported that a man approached them at the south entrance of the Hillside Mall at around 5 p.m. and asked for money.

The couple declined and the man said he needed money for baby formula.

He then made statements threatening violence if he was not given any money.

The couple gave the suspect money as they were scared for their welfare. The man fled the scene and the couple went unharmed.

Additional investigation has indicated that the man has several outstanding victims who have not reported similar incidents.

The man is described as a well-groomed Caucasian male in his 30s.

He has a small build and is around five feet, nine inches tall. He has short, dark brushed back hair and a dark moustache and beard. He was also wearing a black sports coat and black pants.
