Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Prince George want you to stand up to bullying by wearing your pink shirt on Wednesday, Feb 28th!
To date, this national campaign’s net proceeds have totalled over 1,800,000 for youth anti-bullying programs throughout Western Canada.
Community development manager, Darbi Brand says Prince George Big Brothers and Big Sisters is excited to take part in the initiative.

“We felt a strong connection to Pink Shirt Day campaign,” says Darbi. “There are kids in our mentor programs who have or will deal with bullying in their lives. We want to teach kids that the world is a beautiful place, no matter where you are from; we teach them that being kind is you being the best version of yourself.”
