These companies were the top three medalists for the Best Home Builder category in 2017, as voted by you! There’s no doubt that their hard work is part of what makes Kelowna such an amazing place to live.

Gold: Rykon Construction Management Ltd.

Randy Siemens started Rykon Construction in Kelowna in 1984, and the company has grown substantially over the past 30 years. Rykon specializes in high-end and customizable homes, and has helped build some very prestigious neighbourhoods around Kelowna including Wilden, Kettle Valley, and even chalets at Big White.

Rykon prides themselves on their high-quality homes and dedication to customer service. Their motto is that they don’t just construct homes – they build dreams! Rykon also won Gold in the Home Builder category last year, and Bronze in 2015.

Silver: Harmony Homes

Harmony Homes has been building homes in the Okanagan since 1975 and has received much recognition and several awards over the years. They specialize in designing and constructing custom homes of all kinds.

Harmony Homes believes in making the entire process of planning and building new homes an exciting one, and are prepared to be there for their clients every step of the way. Harmony Homes won Bronze in the Home Builder category last year.

Bronze: Bellamy Homes

Les Bellamy has been designing and building homes in Kelowna for over 15 years. Bellamy Homes’ goal is to not only build homes, but to build relationships and trust with a focus on being transparent and sharing every detail of the project with their clients.

Bellamy Homes has received many awards, especially for their incredible designs. They can now add another award to the list with their first Best of Kelowna medal!
