WestJet and Air Canada are offering discounted flights for anyone trying to leave B.C. due to wildfires.
Those fleeing their homes in B.C. are being offered 50% off base fares between Prince George, and anywhere in Canada or the U.S., and 25% off base fares between Kelowna, Penticton or Kamloops, and anywhere in the U.S. using the coupon code available on their website.

The offer applies to walk-up fares as well and WestJet will waive change and cancellation fees for existing bookings made on or before Sunday, July 9th for travel until Monday, July 31st.
Air Canada is extending an offer to waive any cancellation or change fees for travel to or from affected areas between Sunday, July 9th and Saturday, July 22nd.
Additionally, Air Canada is offering a 25% discount on ticket purchases flying from Kelowna, Kamloops, Penticton, Prince George, and Williams Lake to any destination in North America.
